Supply Chain Optimization

At Sporana, we apply two correlated methodologies to Supply Chain Optimization, the AISI and LOPASO. These methods are unique to the Sporana way and critical for success. Essentially AISI works at the total Supply Chain and organizational level, whilst LOPASO is an Engineering Approach to solving complex issues within elements of the total Supply Chain.

AISI (Analysis of Innovation, Strategy & Integration) ensures that all key elements to a successful supply chain are properly mapped and understood, including the three pillars of Technology, Strategy and Collaboration. These are assessed at the four levels of Network, Line, Station and Processes. It is an advanced type of Functional Strategy Map and when applied the technique allows for a clear and systematic assessment of gaps and issues therein, which is useful for all matters throughout a Supply Chain.
